The t-shirt printing process requires good planning and efficient production methods to complete an order error free and on-time.  At Kustom Colors we guide you through the process and deliver a final product that meets your expectations.  Read over the details below and get a good idea of what is needed to begin and finish the project.

  • Artwork must be owned by the customer and/or free of copyright.
  • Ai file - color separated. 
  • Or PNG image with transparent background.
  • 720 resolution / 200 dpi or better.
  • Provide the image size for printing.
  • Provide the image placement for printing.
